Why this programme exists
After years moving between Brussels policy corridors and regenerative frontiers, I’ve witnessed a pattern: brilliant founders and leaders doing profound inner work yet unable to activate outer movement in their ecosystems.
The problem isn’t their depth. It’s that what they bring doesn’t resonate, nor does it happen through individual development alone. It happens through ecological choreography.
This programme emerged from my own career composting — leaving behind the professional masks of EU Affairs to discover what happens when you let your gifts become your work.

About your host
Jean-Philippe Steeger is a regenerative communications strategist, leadership consultant, and founder of Perspectivist. After leaving Brussels’ EU Affairs world, he developed his work of ecological choreographies — understanding leadership as the art of sensing what constellation needs to form for field breakthroughs.
His work bridges ancient wisdom traditions, performing arts, and regenerative leadership to help founders andl eaders move from solo heroics to ecosystem transformation. Based between Paris and Transylvania, JP facilitates workshops on communications, storytelling andmythology, and choreographic leadership.
