What a Cœureographer does
In an ecosystem, every species plays a role. A role that emerges from what it is, where it lives, and what it does in relation to everything around it. Some species create the conditions for others to flourish. Some break down what no longer serves. Some move between worlds, carrying pollen between fields that would otherwise never cross.
A Cœureographer does something like this. They read the cultural soil as the actual conditions of the field they are working in. Before planting anything. They move from their own multifaceted presence rather than an artificial identity. They find the constellations of complementary others whose work amplifies theirs. They craft offers that land as seeds: carrying the full pattern of what can grow, sized for the soil conditions, timed to the season.
And they do this not once, but as an ongoing practice in ever-different soils, across the seasons of their work.

At the end of the Ensemble, you enter The Cœureographers Studio: the ongoing open practice community. The programme initiates. The practice sustains.
