A six-month practice for founders, pathfinders, coaches, and consultants who've built a transformative business or practice with real depth, and are ready to close the gap between the value they create and the way it's perceived, communicated, and received.
Begin with a conversationYou know your work creates transformational value. You have proven experience, an approach that works, results you can stand behind. But you struggle to communicate that value in a way that helps the right people understand it, trust it, and invest in it. So you end up underpricing, overexplaining, or attracting clients who don't quite get what they're paying for.
There is something stuck between who you are, who you serve, and the space of potential you activate: there is something in your work choreography that needs movement.
But you don't start from anywhere, because:
In an ecosystem, every species plays a role. A role that emerges from what it is, where it lives, and what it does in relation to everything around it. Some species create the conditions for others to flourish. Some break down what no longer serves. Some move between worlds, carrying pollen between fields that would otherwise never cross.
A Cœureographer does something like this. They read the cultural soil as the actual conditions of the field they are working in. Before planting anything. They move from their own multifaceted presence rather than an artificial identity. They find the constellations of complementary others whose work amplifies theirs. They craft offers that land as seeds: carrying the full pattern of what can grow, sized for the soil conditions, timed to the season.
And they do this not once, but as an ongoing practice in ever-different soils, across the seasons of their work.
What kind of species are you, in the ecosystem you are part of? And what does your particular way of moving make possible for others?

Rather than stages to complete, they are moves to embody and return to across the seasons of your work, in ever-different soils and constellations.
Silence
the space of potentialBefore anything moves, there is listening. Composting. The practice of receptive presence attending to what is not yet said, in yourself and in the field. The move that makes all the others more honest, more felt. And actually possible.
Style
your archetypal presenceNot branding or persona. The deeper question: who are you, archetypally speaking, and what role does this particular ecosystem actually need? Coherence between what you carry and how you move.
Soil
cultural soil analysisReading the actual field you work with before planting anything. What can grow here, at what pace, through what approach? What cultural conditions enable those you work with to thrive, and how can you nurture that?
Story
regenerative storytellingWhat narrative wants to move through this work, across all five dimensions of resonance? Story as living system, not message-delivery. The kind of telling that lets people find themselves in it rather than be persuaded by it.
Seed
your resonant offerThe offer as seed: carrying the full pattern of what can grow, coherent across scales, honest about both the transformation it enables and the practical investment it requires. Not a product. An invitation into a field.
Synergy
choreographic constellationsHow your work moves through the ecosystem: the complementary practitioners, organisations, and fields that amplify rather than dilute. Beyond networking: sensing the relational pattern the living system needs.
Stewardship
sustaining the choreographyThe practice that makes all the others viable. How to communicate in flow rather than hustle, weave the ecosystem over time, and remain in motion without extraction. Of yourself and the field.
They are not the destination but emerge from the journey.
A cultural soil reading
Of the field you are working in: who actually needs and reciprocates what you bring, what signals make them say "yes, that’s exactly it." And where to find them beyond the usual bubble.
A resonant offer
Structured, honestly priced, coherent across scales. One that honours your depth without requiring your audience to already understand it. One that holds both the practical and the transformational without collapsing into either.
An embodied communication practice
Storytelling, presence, and language that are recognisably yours across every context: the short introduction, the live workshop, the article, the sales conversation. The same essence, different dilution.
A choreographic map of your work's wisdom
The constellations of collaborators, the soil conditions, the seasonal rhythm of your work. So that you are not starting from scratch each time you move. A practice you can return to across new soils and seasons.

The Threshold Conversation
30 minutes · FreeA conversation to sense whether this is the right soil for where you are, and whether you are the right kind of species for what this studio is becoming. Not a sales call. The first gesture of the choreography.
You've built a transformative business or practice with real depth: as a founder, pathfinder, coach, or consultant. You have a proven approach. But you're tired of explaining your worth to audiences who don't yet have ears for it.
You are moving between worldviews, cultures, or fields with a way of working that carries that the wisdom of that movement.
The people you most want to reach don’t yet have the language to find you.
You have done enough inner work to have a sense of what you carry, and enough outer work to know that carrying it isn’t the same as making it move.
You are tired of simplifying yourself for audiences who can’t be convinced, and ready to move toward what can actually resonate.
You are a founder designing something new into existence, a leader navigating an institution that wasn’t built for what you bring, or a community steward holding conditions for others to flourish.
You understand, somewhere in your body, that transformation is not a transaction. That it is a choreography: made in attunement with the field, the soil, and the living systems you are part of.
And you are ready to begin. Your genuine and passionate way.

There are good programmes for regenerative leadership. There are useful frameworks for building offers. There are communities of practice for those doing transformational work.
Cœureographers draws from the world of choreography and contemporary dance, where transformation is understood as movement made in relation, not a product delivered to an audience. From regenerative leadership and living systems thinking, where the question is not how do I optimise my impact but what role do I play in this ecosystem. From systems thinking and complexity science, where emergence happens through the quality of conditions created. And from a queer ecological sensibility, where diversity of form, function, and movement is the very condition of a living field.
The seven moves are designed to be returned to across new soils, new seasons, new constellations. This is not a programme you complete. It is a practice you initiate into. The methodology evolves with you.
The collective embodiment dimension — that you are not doing this alone, but in constellation with others who carry different gifts, different soils, different archetypal roles — is itself a demonstration of what the programme teaches. Transformation happens in the movement between.
A 30-minute call to sense whether this is the right soil for where you are, and whether you are the right kind of species for what this studio is becoming.
You don’t need to have your offer figured out before you arrive. You need to be at the threshold: willing to begin in Winter, in the composting and the not-yet-knowing. And to trust that the choreography will find its shape as you move. The moment when all paths are open is not a problem to solve. It is the most honest place to start.
